By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms of Use. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched ("Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment for all products must be made in advance through our secure payment system. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, and other methods as indicated on our website.
For custom orders, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Production times for custom orders are estimates and may vary based on our current workload and material availability. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Delivery costs are as quoted on our website. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing for international shipments.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address or when collected from our workshop.
For non-custom products, you have 14 days from receipt to return items in their original, unused condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@liaotiyi.com. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
We provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all our products. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, or neglect.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at warranty@liaotiyi.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Irish law.
